Registration & Pricing

What does registration include?

Registration includes conference sessions for the days covered by your pass, breakfast and lunch each day you attend, the Wednesday networking reception, and access to the tabletop exhibits. You may choose Full Access for all three days or a two-day pass.

What pass options are available?

IRSC offers Full Access for Tuesday through Thursday, a Tuesday/Wednesday pass, and a Wednesday/Thursday pass. Use these day combinations consistently across the website and registration communications.

Are meals included?

Yes. Registration includes breakfast and lunch each day covered by your pass, plus one networking reception on Wednesday evening.

Can I transfer my registration?

Yes. Attendance substitutions are permitted without penalty at any time.

What is the cancellation policy?

Attendance substitutions are permitted without penalty at any time. Paid registrants may cancel through Tuesday, September 22, 2026, without charge. After that date, a $200 cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Tuesday, October 6, 2026.

Are group rates available?

Yes. Companies registering five or more people together receive 10% off each registration. Email events@automate.org before registering so the group can be processed and the discount applied. Discounts are not retroactive, and all group members must register together.

Are educator and student discounts available?

Yes. Educators and students may receive 50% off registration with validation. Email Ritch Ramey, Director of Education, at rramey@automate.org to request the discount code.

How do A3 member rates work?

A3 members receive discounted registration pricing. Sign in with the account associated with your organization's A3 membership during registration. Join A3

How do I register?

Open the registration page, sign in or create an account, choose Register Myself or Register Someone Else, complete the registration information, proceed to checkout, and submit your order.


Conference Content & Experience

Who should attend IRSC?

IRSC is designed for safety and compliance professionals; robotics, controls, automation, manufacturing, and industrial engineers; plant and operations leaders; system integrators; machine builders; robot manufacturers; and others responsible for designing, deploying, operating, or evaluating robotic systems.

Do I need a technical background?

No. Many sessions are technical, but the conference also supports safety leaders, managers, operations professionals, and decision-makers who need to understand standards, risk, responsibilities, and implementation. 

What robot safety topics will be covered?

Topics include industrial robot safety standards, risk assessment, robot cells, collaborative applications, mobile robots, functional safety, sensors, cybersecurity, regulatory considerations, and emerging robotic systems.

Is IRSC a certification or training course?

IRSC is a professional conference with expert sessions, peer discussion, exhibits, and networking. It is not a certification course. See the following A3 resources for training:

Can I receive CEU credits?

Certificates of attendance with CEU credits are available upon request. Email events@automate.org.

Are exhibits included with attendee registration?

Yes. Attendee registration includes access to the tabletop exhibits during the scheduled exhibit hours on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
