Who should attend?
The Advanced Vision & AI Conference is designed for professionals exploring how machine vision, computer vision, sensors, computing and AI-driven automation are transforming industrial environments. It is especially relevant for automation leaders, vision and AI experts, engineering and technical teams, manufacturers, integrators, and decision-makers across industries such as manufacturing, aerospace, medical devices, logistics and industrial automation.
Do I need a technical background?
No. While many sessions will be relevant to technical professionals working with vision, AI and automation, the conference is also designed for business leaders and decision-makers who want to better understand real-world applications, emerging technologies and strategic opportunities in industrial automation.
What does registration include?
Registration includes access to conference sessions, meal functions and exhibits.
Are meals included?
Yes. Registration includes breakfast, lunch and a reception.
Can I transfer my registration?
Yes. Attendance substitutions are permitted without penalty at any time.
What is the cancellation policy?
Attendance substitutions are permitted without penalty at any time. Paid registrants may cancel until Thursday, July 30, 2026, without charge. After that date, a $200 cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
Are group rates available?
No. Group rates are not available for this event.
Are educator/student discounts available?
Yes. Educators and students may email Ritch Ramey, Director of Education, for a discount code.
Where should I stay?
The official event hotel is the Santa Clara Marriott at 2700 Mission College Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95054. The event rate is $299/night plus taxes, with a reservation cutoff of Monday, August 31, 2026. How do member rates work?
A3 members receive discounted registration pricing. Early registration through July 28 is $895 for A3 members and $1,095 for non-members. From July 29 to the event, registration is $995 for A3 members and $1,195 for non-members. To access member pricing, sign in with the account associated with your A3 membership during registration.
