Triple Robot Cell

3 robot weld cell with OI-15 HMI, Genesis positioner, ABB robots, ESAB welders, and Automation IG automated part removal system. This robotic weld cell manufactures seat frames and utilizes quick change technology to allow rapid change-out of tooling, servo-motors to improve weld access, specially coated tooling to prevent buildup of weld-slag, 3d shimmable tooling, visual sensor-check with OI-15 HMI, and custom tooling frame design for weld torch access.
