Carole Franklin

Carole Franklin: Director of Standards Development, Robotics, for A3. She leads the development of ANSI and ISO robot safety standards, ensuring the latest safety protocols are integrated into the industry. Before A3, Carole worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, leading business process improvement and executive communications projects, and spent ten years at Ford Motor Company in market research. Carole holds both a BA and MBA from the University of Michigan.

Maren Roush

Maren Roush: Standards Manager for robotics at A3, with over twenty years of experience in testing, inspection, and certification organizations. She joined A3 in 2022 after a long tenure at NSF International, where she managed Biosafety Cabinet Certification and Personnel Accreditation Programs. She holds bachelor's and master’s degrees in Environmental Science from Wesleyan University and Eastern Michigan University.
