We have 2cmx2cm semiconductor chips. I need a robot to move the chips from the conveyor belt and, also inspect if the chips are good or damaged. Is there a system for this?

I'm looking for a small robot that can handle a very very small, Micro Injection Molded, plastic part. The problem: part is very small, robot needs a long reach to excess center of machine.

Hi Steve,

We offer a full line of small articulating arms ranging from 430mm up to 1300mm of reach. These have an average repeatability of .02mm and can handle payloads ranging from less then one gram through 10 kilograms.

I am interested in the name of an integrator that can supply a turn key system to install windshields to cars and trucks. They must be able to install in TN, be highly reliable and of course be a part of the bidding process which includes pre-bid meetings, etc.

I am happy to recommend Automation Tool Company in Cookeville, TN. Contact names are: Bob Rice or Gene Bressler: 931-528-5417

I need a palletizing robot for cases 24in x 12in. Who is the best to work with for the price?

Bill,

Denso Robotics offer a wide variety of four and six axis robotic arms well suited for palletizing. Our systems come standard with many pre-canned programs for palletizing that you can easily access through our offline software.

We would be happy to talk with you about your application, possibly create a simulation of your process or visit your facility with an arm to give you a demonstration.

Please contact Lincoln Frazier who is our South-East Regional Sales Manager for more information on pricing and the proper arm for your application. His contact information is as follows, lincoln_frazier@denso-diam.com or (864) 561-3678.

Thank you,

I'm looking for a robot to go into a 3' width X 75' length metal pipe to vacuum out gun powder. The majority of the powder settles on the bottom of the pipe.

Hi William, Denso Robotics offers a wide variety of small 4 and 6 axis assembly arms. I have done some testing in the past for Marlin, Ruger and Smith and Wesson which could help to understand your process. Our East Coast Regional office is located in Pine Brook, New Jersey so we would easily be able to take a visit to your facility. If you would be interested in a visit from us to learn more about our product, possibly use a demo arm or have us create a simulation of your process we would be happy to do so. Please contact Mark Anderson who is our East Coast Regional Sales Engineering Manager at (973) 885-9987 or mark_anderson@denso-diam.com Thank you, Josh von der Heyde Denso Robotics

We're after a 6 axis robot with a mass under 50kg which will take a payload of 7kg. Reach of atl east 300mm but closer to 500 is better. We're flexible as to the structure of the links. Are there any robots available which meet these requirements?

Our DENSO VS line would meet your requirements, please check out our website at densorobotics.com.

I am on Eastern Standard Time but if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask!

Thank you, Josh v.

I am looking for a robotic set up that will cut a pipe in half on a 45 deg angle and put holes in the opposite ends. Does anyone know of something like this?

I recommend the 450HD for this application.

http://www.airturbinetools.com/motors/specs/450hd.html

The 450HD comes standard with an ER-11 ¼” collet, a sealed front end to exclude contamination and quadruple ceramic bearings for increased durability.

Air inlet pressure is stated at 90PSI (6.2 BAR) and the hoses, couplings and connectors used must be at least ½” internal diameter to avoid air flow restrictions.

Please have the customer follow user instructions at the link below and mount their fixture in the designated mounting area specified on the dimensional drawing at the 450HD specification page.

Do not mount directly over the bearings. http://www.airturbinetools.com/pdf/usernotes/ATT_UN_Full.pdf

You can email me at tcollins@airturbinetools.com or call me in the office at (561)-994-0500.

Sincerely,

Terrence Collins
